Establishment - Administration

The Centre for Hellenism of Damianos Foundation was established in Piraeus Greece on 25.10.1995 by the following founding members:

• DAMIANOS FOUNDATION, based in Triesenberg, Liechtenstein.
• KORINTHIAKI A.K.T.E. S.A., based in Piraeus and established on 30.10.1984.
• DANAE E.K.A.EX. S.A., based in Piraeus and established on 14.06.1980.
• Mr. Damianos Constantinou, Chartered Accountant, born in Cyprus.

According to the constitution, the founders are responsible for the administration of the Centre and employ a manager with a wide range of responsibilities.
Decisions concerning the running as well as the activities of the Centre are taken by a Consultative Committee by majority decisions.
